Home Based HIIT Training
Each week, three new home based workouts will be released. These workouts are like no other. Each 30 minute workout incorporates five beneficial areas of exercise including: strength training, cardiovascular training, agility training, flexibility and also balance training. Each video includes tailored instructions for three ability levels (including senior).
Home Based Yoga
A weekly yoga workout will be released. These workouts will be focused on stress levels, balance and flexibility - all of which are important when it comes to health.
Meal Plans
Each week new meal plans will be released. We make it easy - not only are the meals included, but also the recipes and weekly shopping list! Meals currently include the option of Keto, Real Food Real Health and Vegetarian. Most meal plans are limited to 5 ingredients or less with a prep time of 15 minutes or less.
Specific Programs For Seniors/Physically Challenged
All of our exercise and yoga programs include specific training for seniors, those who are physically challenged as well as beginners.
Mindset Training
Every week a new mindset exercise will be released and participants will be encouraged to perform them daily. Each exercise takes just a few minutes and is vitally important when it comes to health and wellness.
Daily Stretching Routines
Each day we will provide a stretching routine that can be performed at home or at your facility. This will include a text message reminder (if desired) to employees. These routine will change regularly.

Our system is backed by research to not only improve health but also reverse disease processes, reduce stress levels and improve mood. We provide this research with each weeks new modules.
